The hotel's location was right in the center of town, close to a number of restaurants, and offered a partial river view. Interior parking was provided, and the main gate for the lot was locked at night, which made it safe for travelers with cars packed full of stuff.

The concrete structure resulted in sound echoing throughout the hotel, which made it noisy at night.

Staff was great at check-in and out. Well-behaved service dog allowed. Helpful travel adviser.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Tuxpan! The parking was secure and I felt relieved knowing my car was safe. The room was basic, but comfortable, and the location was perfect with plenty of restaurants nearby. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city, with easy access to a variety of restaurants that stay open late. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities impressed us. The breakfast offered was a great start to our day. Lastly, the staff's hospitality was exceptional.
